22karatgoldpoint offers a unique 0% Deduction Jewellery Exchange Policy, allowing you to exchange your jewellery at any time, even months or years after the purchase, with no additional deductions.

Terms and Conditions:

  • You may exchange jewellery without any deduction under the 0% Deduction Policy.
  • The exchanged item will be valued at its original invoice price.
  • The new item will be priced based on the current gold rate.
  • In the case of a damaged item being exchanged, we will apply the 0% deduction to the invoice price.
  • Customers must visit the store to process the exchange.
  • Please bring all accessories, the original invoice, and any accompanying documentation when exchanging an item.

Guaranteed Buyback Policy

If you've purchased jewellery from 22karatgoldpoint and wish to sell it back, we offer a Guaranteed Buyback option.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Original Purchase Buyback:

    • Jewellery bought from 22karatgoldpoint may be sold back to us for a price based on the original invoice price, with a 15% deduction.
  2. Current Gold Rate Buyback:

  • Jewellery may be sold back based on the current gold rate with the following deductions:
  • 10% deduction on the net weight of the item.
  • 10% deduction on the diamond price (if applicable).
  • The following charges are non-refundable:
  • Manufacturing charges.
  • Stone charges.
  • Lacquer charges.
  1. Excluded Items:

  • Palladium, Platinum, and Kundan jewellery are not eligible for buyback.
  1. Damaged Jewellery Buyback:

  • For damaged jewellery, a 20% deduction will be applied to the invoice price, irrespective of the original purchase method.
