Easy Exchange Policy

If you purchase an item from 22 Karat Gold Point and wish to exchange it for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. You can select a new product from our collection and complete the exchange.

Terms and Conditions for Exchanges

  • Exchange Value: The exchange will be honored at 100% of the invoice amount.
  • Quality Check: All exchanged items will undergo a quality check by our Quality Department or a certified laboratory, which may take 2-3 business days.
  • Partial Exchanges: Partial exchanges of ornaments are not permitted.
  • Condition of Exchange: The item being exchanged must be returned in its original condition, along with the original invoice, certificates, documents, accessories, and packaging.
  • Price Adjustment: The value of the returned item will be adjusted against the price of the newly selected product. If the new product costs more, the customer must cover the price difference. If the new item costs less, the balance will be refunded by 22 Karat Gold Point.
  • One-Time Exchange: You may initiate an exchange only once. Multiple exchange requests for the same purchase will not be accepted.
  • Beyond 14 Days: For exchanges beyond 14 days, please refer to our 0% Deduction Jewellery Exchange Policy.

Process of Exchange from the Website

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate an exchange online, contact our Customer Support Representative (CSR) via WhatsApp at +923347788884. Our CSR will guide you through the exchange process.
  2. Select a New Item: Browse our website and choose the item you wish to exchange for the previously purchased product.
  3. Confirm the Exchange: Communicate your selected item to our CSR, who will confirm its availability and price.
  4. Ship the Original Product: Upon confirmation, ship the original product to the address provided by the CSR.
  5. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, a quality check will be conducted. If the item fails QC or is missing accessories, documents, or invoices, you will be notified.
  6. Price Assessment: If the quality check is passed, the price of the new item will be assessed.
    • If the new item costs more, the customer will be asked to make an additional payment before the product is dispatched.
    • If the new item costs less, the balance will be refunded within 3 business days.
  7. Shipment of New Item: Once the price difference is settled, the new product will be shipped to your address.

Process of Exchange from Our Store

  1. Visit the Store: You may also choose to complete an exchange directly at one of our physical stores.
  2. Bring Original Items: Bring the item along with its invoice, packaging, and all accompanying accessories.
  3. Quality Check: Our team will conduct a quality check before proceeding with the exchange.
  4. Select New Product: After the quality check is complete, you may select a new item and complete the exchange at the store.

Easy Return Policy

If you purchase an item from 22 Karat Gold Point and find that it does not meet your expectations for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of 100% of the purchase amount.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping and handling costs.
  • Condition of Return: The item must be returned in its original condition, including the original invoice, certificates, packaging, and any accessories received with the item.
  • Eligibility: This refund and return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our official website. It does not apply to in-store purchases.

Return Process

  2. Packing Video: Kindly create a short video showing the product being securely packed, and share it along with your order number via WhatsApp. This video will serve as a record of the product's condition before shipping.
  3. Return Address: After verifying the video, our CSR will provide the return address.
  4. Share Tracking Details: Once the item is shipped, please share the courier's tracking details with our CSR.
  5. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a Quality Check (QC), which may take up to 2-3 business days. Our CSR will keep you informed throughout the return process.

Refund Process

  • If the item passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same account used for the original payment for security reasons. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days once the quality check is complete.
  • The entire process, from receiving the return to refund disbursement, may take up to 5 business days.
